The Coalition for Cell phone-Free Driving is a group of companies and organizations who are committed to reducing cell phone use while driving. The Coalition was formed in 2005 by a group of graduate students at the University of Alberta and is led by Dr. Louis Hugo Francescutti, based in Alberta.
